How do I get water out of my business?

1. It is important to first review your insurance policy and then contact your insurance company to file a claim. 

2. Once you get a claim number, contact SERVPRO of Park Ridge to begin the process of performing emergency services and getting the water extracted. Sometimes if it is during the night or on the weekends, you can contact SERVPRO first to get things started to prevent secondary damages from happening. 

3. Once all of the water is removed, drying equipment can be placed. After that, SERVPRO will check on the drying process each day to make sure things are progressing.
