What do I do if I get water damage from a storm?

1. First thing to focus on is contacting your insurance agent to get a claim filed. 

2. Contact SERVPRO of Park Ridge immediately to get someone onsite. Once they get eyes on the job, they can make accurate decisions on what needs to happen. 

3. The water needs to be extracted immediately. This will prevent secondary damages from happening. SERVPRO of Park Ridge makes sure that the process from start to finish is done in accordance to the IICRC. 

4. Once the drying equipment is in place, SERVPRO will monitor the job daily to make sure everything is recorded for the insurance company.
