Mold can quickly creep up and cause massive damage to your home. In most cases it is caused by some sort of moisture or water issue that is unseen. Here are some guidelines of what to do if you have a mold situation in your home.

• They will probably recommend to have a third party environmental hygienist come out to test the microbial growth and determine the best course of treatment.
